Art & Cards
Focuses on visual expression and the development of creative materials that support our project’s mission.
Volunteers design artwork, graphics, printable content qnd cards that can be used for, our website blogs, and outreach. This role combines creativity with purpose. With the cards being distributed to children and teens in need of support.
​Designing and writing encouraging cards (physical or digital).
Designing digital artwork, posters, and illustrations for the website and social media pages.
Creating visuals for blog posts and campaigns.
Producing printable materials (affirmation sheets, mini booklets)
Writing & Stories
Creates meaningful written content that raises awareness and fosters connection.
Volunteers contribute blog posts, personal reflections, and supportive messages that help others feel understood and less alone.
This role emphasizes honesty, relatability, and thoughtful communication around teen mental health.

Media & Content
Focuses on spreading awareness and increasing engagement through digital content and communication.
Volunteers create media that informs, connects, and encourages others to get involved, helping expand the project’s reach and impact.

​Creating Instagram/TikTok content to promote the project.
Producing short videos on mental health topics
Designing posts that raise awareness and encourage participation
We recognize the time and effort our volunteers put into their work. Contributions can be counted toward volunteer hours based on the type and quality of work submitted.
General Guidelines:

Work must be thoughtful, appropriate, and complete.

Submissions are reviewed before hours are approved.

Repeated low-effort submissions may not be counted.

AI use is strictly prohibited.

Volunteer Hours
​Card & Message Creation
​
3 handmade cards = 2 hours
2 digital cards = 1.5 hour
2 digital designs (posters, illustrations, etc.) = 1 hour
1 mini booklet / multi-page resource = 2–3 hours
Writing & Storytelling
​
1 blog post (200–600 words) = 1.5 hours
2 short messages/letters = 1 hour
​
Media & Outreach
​
2 social media posts = 1 hour
1 edited video (30–60 sec) = 1.5 hours
Project Development: Approved idea or campaign contribution = 1 hour​​
Volunteers can submit their work through the
“Submit Your Work” button.
Hours will be reviewed and recorded.
Certificates of service are available upon request.
